The Conservation Planning Tool (CPT) is comprised of 3 main components: Web Mapping Applications; GeoSpatial Data; and the NBCI Toolbox.
Web Mapping Applications
Individual web mapping applications were created as a result of each state workshop held during the revision process. The purpose of these workshops were to coalesce pertinent ranking information about the landscapes' potential for habitat restoration in the form of major land-use opportunties and constraints. An additional web mapping application was created combining all states' biologist ranking information (BRI). WMAs each display the BRI and other relevant GIS layers. You can view, query and print maps using these web mapping applications. Click below on the button describing the WMA you would like to view.

** Note: this is the beta release of the conservation planning tool: toolbox and data - we will be testing and fixing bugs and updating this peridoically over the next several months.

Currently, these tools are compatible with ArcGIS versions 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, and 9.3.1.
Also, please bear with us as we are still working through restructuring the ArcGIS toolbox tools and scripts for compatibility with version 10.
